• Recruitment Specialist - Responsible for attracting and hiring the right people for the organization's long term goal. Manage the recruitment process from job vacancies, sourcing of talents, screening and validation, interviewing to placement of the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and handles recruitment process.
• Creates and develops job description, job requirements and speciffications.
• Collaborates with other department managers to ensure suitability of applicants.
• Attracts qualified candidates for the position using different sourcing techniques.
• Conducts screening, interviews, and verifications of qualified applicants.
• Conducts assessment of applicants.

• Bachelor's degree in Human resource or it's equivalent.
• Well verse in recruitment process, regulations and standards.
• At least 1‑year of proven experience in the field of recruitment.
• Ability to assess applicants knowledge, skills and ability base on the position requirements.
• Trustworthy andd with high values of integrity.
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
