説明

  • Coordinate with the Sales Admin for the Purchase Order.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to include the reporting of sales activities and updates, appointments, calls made, and business leads.
  • Visit assigned stores as scheduled.
  • Perform store inventory of stocks.
  • Identifies the slow and fast moving items.
  • Recommend sales strategy with the team.
  • Other task that may be assigned by the General Manager.

芁件

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and in the same industry.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing, analyzing, and presenting sales reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Able to communicate clearly with confidence with high-level position in the company and clients.
  • Can speak and understand English.
  • Graduate of any business or related course.
  • Proactive and Aggressive in terms of Sales.
  • Motivated and Dedicated in any Sales Platform.
