説明

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  3. Present and demonstrate the value of the proposition of the steam boilers in a clear and concise manner to the potential customers.
  4. Provide excellent service and address the concerns and issues promptly.
  5. Achieve sales targets and quotas.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, bidding documents, quotations, draft contract and other relevant documents.
  7. Promote company's brand.
  8. Negotiate contact and close deals.
  9. Collaborate with with departments to optimize sales strategies, develop new projects and business process.
  10. Participates in exhibition, conference or activities to showcase the products for network expansion. Identify customer needs and tailor boiler solutions appropriately.
  11. Prepares and submit sales reports.
  12. Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior. 

要件

  1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales experience in steam boiler or any related boilers, industrial biomass equipment, or energy sector.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  4. Responsibilities and Duties: Identify new sales opportunities, maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets.
  5. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to meet clients.
  6. Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, and a team player.
