The Role

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that convert and drive revenue. You’ll be responsible for strategy, content, and campaign management, working alongside our designers to deliver high-impact emails.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the entire email marketing process from strategy to execution. This includes:
• Audience targeting
• Content planning and copywriting
• Coordinating with designers to produce high-quality email assets
• Scheduling and launching campaigns
• Write copy that sells—clear subject lines, persuasive content, and strong calls-to-action.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize constantly to boost open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in B2C and E-commerce email marketing.
• Solid background in B2B cold email campaigns.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
• Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Willing to work onsite in our BGC, Taguig City office.
