The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Supplier Relations Admin will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Data Accuracy & Organization: Ensures precise data entry and record-keeping for supplier-related tasks.
  • Negotiation & Coordination: Effectively communicates with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process Compliance & Execution: Follows established guidelines and best practices for procurement and supplier relations.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Can handle unexpected supplier issues and proactively find solutions.
  • Time Management & Multitasking: Prioritizes multiple supplier-related tasks and meets tight deadlines

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Product Management: Select and identify products with the merchandising team.
  • Data Management: Load products from supplier portals to the website and ensure accuracy in product listings.
  • Image & Content Review: Review and upload product images and information for the website weekly
  • Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers to request additional information as needed.
  • Process Execution: Ensure all elements of a project/activity are in place and functioning properly during and after implementation.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring: Develop and drive supplier scorecards and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Routine Data-Management Tasks: Handle repeatable and process-driven tasks related to data tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ad hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of characters.
  • Comfortable with social media marketing.
  • Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 23,000 - 27,000
  • Industry: Promotional Products
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
