Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns

Project Management:

• Strategize, lead and manage day-to-day tasks and be able to multitask and prioritize client deliverables

• Oversee execution of offline/online activations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

• Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables vis-a-vis client’s budget

• Build, manage and maintain good relationship with the Press and social media influencers

Communication & Reporting:

• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and partners

• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and client results

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of working experience as a project or account manager in a PR/ communications/ digital agency setting is preferred

• Preferably with digital marketing background

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Can work independently and collaboratively with other teams

?Hybrid Setup: 4 days onsite + 1 WFH (Alabang-based)
