Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing bidding documents and requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Monitor bid opportunities and ensure timely submission
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bidding activities
- Support the procurement and admin teams as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- With 1–2 years of relevant experience in bidding, tender preparation, or procurement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
