Description

We are looking for an Inventory Staff Specialist to manage and maintain inventory systems efficiently. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Utilize Excel and other software to track and analyze inventory trends
  • Coordinate with teams in different time zones, especially during peak periods
  • Assist with end-of-month or close processes
  • Work closely with accounting teams to reconcile inventory numbers
  • Ensure inventory compliance and reporting standards

Requirements

  • Education: Accounting background/experience preferred
  • Skills:
  • Above-average Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Oracle, CrunchTime, APEX system experience
  • Cruise industry experience
