Job Description

Description

  1. Assist in finance and accounting operations (i.e. revenue, payables, treasury processing, and all other areas)
  2. Ensures the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions
  3. Ensures revenue is recorded correctly
  4. Facilitate billing and collection process for all customers
  5. Ensures all payables are settled timely and accurately
  6. Ensures check payments are correctly made and reviews bank reconciliations
  7. Assumes responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations, as well as the discipline, work performance, attendance, training, and development of personnel under his supervision

Requirements

  • BS Accounting graduate or equivalent
  • With at least 1 to 2 years’ experience is a plus but not required
  • Knowledgeable of accounting processes and tax compliance
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
  • Commendable oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Analytical skills with detail orientation
