Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts and transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial analysis and strategy development.
- Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, understanding of financial statements, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
