Description
- Support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for management.
- Assist in project coordination and maintain records.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional help desk skills, strong time management, organizational abilities, and effective written communication in English.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative support, manage scheduling, assist with help desk inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based environment, potentially requiring occasional remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills.
