Job Description

We are seeking a professional AI Agent Design Expert, responsible for designing and developing an intelligent trading assistant system based on large language models. This position will focus on the core development of AI agents, including key areas such as model integration, dialogue management, and task decomposition.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop a trading assistant system based on LLM
2. Integrate market data sources to build real-time market analysis capabilities
3. Develop a natural language interaction interface for market insights and trading interactions
4. Create a personalized trading recommendation engine based on market conditions and user risk preferences
5. Implement prompt engineering and context management for effective LLM interactions
6. Build an intelligent trade execution system
7. Optimize the decision-making capabilities of the AI agent
8. Collect and analyze user trading data for continuous system improvement

Job Requirements

1. Familiarity with core concepts of AI agents and an understanding of how to integrate large language models (LLMs) with strategy decision-making, dialogue management, and task decomposition.
2. Proficiency in model fine-tuning techniques, such as LoRA, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and prompt tuning.
3. Familiarity with prompt engineering methods, including Chain of Thought (CoT) and Tree of Thought (ToT) reasoning.
4. Expertise in multi-agent collaboration, including interactions between multiple agents.
5. Understanding of MLOps processes, with the ability to integrate training, deployment, and version control into a distributed architecture.
6. Experience in building developer ecosystems, including creating SDKs, examples, and documentation to guide other developers in AI agent development.
7. Less than 3 years of work experience.
