Description

  • Join our fast-growing dropshipping fashion business as a hybrid Customer Service Representative & AI Maintenance Expert. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills in AI workflows and automation, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service across our 12 online stores in Germany, Spain, and Poland.


Your Role

As part of our remote team, you will:

  • Support customers via HelpScout and ensure high satisfaction
  • Maintain and improve our in-house AI customer support tool (based on OpenAI, Make.com, and Pipedream)
  • Debug or tweak AI workflows to improve accuracy, fallback logic, and escalate to human support when needed
  • Collaborate with our current 6-person Filipino team and report to management when issues arise
  • Track and hit CS KPIs—bonus structure included for top performers
  • Help with Shopify, CJ Dropshipping, and operational troubleshooting
  • Have freedom to grow into technical ownership, ops, mangement, or automation roles as we scale


What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

  • Experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Pipedream, Zapier, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with OpenAI API, prompt logic, and troubleshooting AI support workflows
  • Shopify or e-commerce experience (basic order and customer flows)
  • High responsibility, solid English, and self-management in remote work
  • Willingness to do CS work and respond to customers empathetically and efficiently

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with HelpScout, CJ Dropshipping, or similar ticketing/fulfillment tools
  • Basic ability in reading or writing JavaScript or Python
  • Past work in dropshipping or fast-moving digital businesses
