Description
- Documentation of nominated contractor
- Identify, checking and valuing of possible change order
- Uploading online Request for Payment monitoring
- Checking of prepared Request for Payment of Cost Engineer
- Counter checking of cost estimate (Internal & External)
- Scrutinize contract terms to ensure best deals
- Performs other duties as prescribed by the management
Requirements
- Must have licensed.
- Preferably with at least 3 years experience
