Description
- Coordinate with project managers, and engineers to implement plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation and report updates to management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Architecture, Interior Design or an equivalent field.
- A team player, able to communicate effectively with the Project Team and self motivated to complete assigned tasks.
- Able to work under deadlines effectively and efficiently, and to maintain responsibility for all assigned tasks.
- Deeply logical thinkers with an eye for detail and design, and an ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Skills in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max
