Description
- Support Daily Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and organizing to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and client inquiries, ensuring timely and clear communication across teams.
- Assist in Project Management: Help with the preparation, tracking, and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Requirements
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Office Tools: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
