Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to help drive our sales efforts and support the overall performance of the sales team.
  • This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans, oversee team activities, and ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, reviewing sales data, preparing performance reports, and identifying ways to boost efficiency and results.

Requirements

  • Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Applicants are expected to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Industry-specific experience may be required depending on the company’s focus.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also important.
  • Candidates should be well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure, and open to travel when necessary.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior is a valuable asset.
