• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink and snack orders
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Create signature cocktails or seasonal drink menus in coordination with management
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar before and after service
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
• Upsell beverages and promote special menu items

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Formal bartending training or certification (preferred but not always required)

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hotel
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end bar setting is an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and classic drink recipes

• Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing
