Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Work collaboratively with bar staff and kitchen team
- Handle cash transactions and keep accurate records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in bartending or related service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often requiring evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
