Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Leader to manage a team of annotators, ensuring high-quality data labeling and operational efficiency. This role contributes to enhancing machine learning models and social media insights.

• Lead and support a team of annotators.
• Maintain quality standards and optimize productivity.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Report to the Data Operations Manager and ensure smooth communication.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in content moderation account or annotation or similar
• Familiarity with annotation platforms and labeling tools.
• Amenable to work onsite in San Pedro Laguna
