Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage staff schedules and allocate resources to ensure optimal coverage and performance
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve performance and efficiency
  • Ensure that the branch complies with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and exceptional service in line with the company’s standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases to the relevant authorities as needed
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback, interpret results and take action to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets or exceeds the branch’s sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to develop new products and services that meet customer's needs
  • Build customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability and control costs
  • Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring that expenditure is within budget limits
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify root causes of any variances from budget
  • Recruit, train, coach and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills to perform their roles effectively
  • Conduct ongoing performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address any gaps.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff to be engaged and productive

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity of operation or similar field, 3 years of which is in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or Accounting
  • Attention to Details
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Unquestionable Integrity
  • Business and strategic planning skills
  • Knowledge in Hiring, training, coaching & performance management skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Possess strong leadership skills and personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
