Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the food kiosk and frozen food industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting our brand, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales through innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and the unique aspects of the food kiosk and frozen food industry.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Brand Management:
Build and maintain a strong brand image that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Traditional Marketing:
Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, events, and promotions.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance brand visibility.
Product Launches:
Coordinate product launches, including creating marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure successful product introductions.
Public Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.

Requisito

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the food or retail industry.
Strong understanding of the food kiosk industry trends and consumer behavior.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
