Descripción

  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
  • Supervises the sales activities of all sales engineers particularly in the areas of coverage, sales closing, sales servicing and collection.
  • Continuously monitors sales performances of the individual sales engineers and ensure that all sales targets per product lines are met or surpassed.
  • Closely coordinate with Marketing Support Group with the end objectives of harmoniously serving the requirements of the clients from pre-sales to after-sales service requirements.
  • Train Sales Engineers and develop them to be productive asset to sales organization.
  • Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision makers.
  • Conducts credit investigation and check recommendations on credit line/credit terms for submitted clients from Sales Engineers.
  • Ensure that all target market sectors and area assignment are covered by assigned Sales Engineer.
  • Regularly reviews collection status and critical accounts and institute action to resolve them.
  • Reports any market situation competitor activities or client concerns and institute remedial or preventive measures to further improve groups productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide monthly results assessments of sales group and the staff's productivity.
  • Collaborate with his superior, the marketing group and the sales development group to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product line.
  • Responsible for all accountable forms of the company that are issued to subordinate sales engineers; including the submission of the required reports such as SE's daily itinerary; daily call reports, project status reports & collection reports.
  • Keep close monitors of activities of organizations involved in the products and business (e.g. UAP, PIA, NAMPAP, etc.) and make sure that the company is properly represented with the end objective of having these practitioners to patronize our products.
  • Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Requisito

  • With at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management/Administration, or any related courses.
  • With sales and managerial experience in construction industry.
  • Must have a background in managing & supervising sales activities.
