Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Provide product and service information.
- Achieve performance targets and metrics.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, scheduling capabilities, problem-solving skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and effective people and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; potential for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and resilience in a fast-paced setting.
