Description
- Handle transactions, manage inventory, and assist customers effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, inventory and sales management abilities, and strong analytical capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for varied hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to work well under pressure.
