Description

Calculating and returning change for cash transactions.
Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change.
Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs/wants.
Cross-selling and upselling products.
Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts.
Reporting issues with equipment.
Working with the team to meet store sales goals.
Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Processing returns and exchanges.
Maintaining clean and tidy cashier counter.
Assisting in stocking and organizing of dining equipment/items.
Scanning and bagging items accurately and efficiently.
Staying up to date on menu promotions, advertisements and product information.
Processing sales transactions and taking payments.
Calculating the cost of menu items.
Monitoring of O.R./Sales Invoice.
Contact person in case of updating monthly declaration.
Ensure proper filling out of information.
Ensure proper usage of OR/SI according to series number/booklet number.
Keeping safe of books of Account (Subsidiary of Sales Journal).

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High School or Senior High School diploma.
Experience Level: At least 1 year experience as cashier.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment.
Qualities and Traits: Team player, effective communicator, punctual, and willing to learn.
