Description
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.
- Process transactions, assist customers, and manage cash register effectively.
- Accurately process transactions using cash registers and POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Perform regular cash drawer reconciliations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years in a retail or finance environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, data entry, time management, and cash handling.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with regular standing and customer interaction.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
