职位描述

Expert in server creation, configuration, and role/permission structures
Deep understanding of channel types, including text, voice, announcement, forum, and stage channels
Strong moderation skills with manual moderation experience (kick, ban, timeout, warn), spam, raid, and troll protection mechanisms.
Knowledge of Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Skilled in using tools like Statbot to analyze member growth, engagement metrics, message activity per channel/member
Manage and moderate Discord servers, ensuring a safe space by handling queries, enforcing rules, and resolving conflicts promptly.
Set up and maintain Discord server channels, roles, bots, and permissions to enhance performance and user experience, while regularly updating server structure, rules, and information channels.
Plan and execute community activities like events, giveaways, polls, and campaigns.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to create announcements, promotions, and visual materials, while managing a content calendar and drafting scheduled posts tailored for Discord interactions.
Track community metrics such as active users, new members, and engagement rates, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and regularly report insights to the marketing or operations team.
Install and manage related bots to enhance moderation, automation, and gamification, while troubleshooting technical issues and implementing server improvements as needed.
Align Discord community activities with campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, IT, or any related field
At least 1 year of experience managing or moderating Discord communities.
Background in digital marketing, social media management, or community engagement is an advantage.
Experience working in start-up environments or handling multiple brands/servers is a plus.
Proficient in using Discord server features, bots (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot), and moderation tools.
Knowledge in setting up roles, permissions, channels, and automation.
Creative, tech-savvy, and highly adaptable to digital trends.
Passionate about building online communities and delivering excellent digital experiences.
