We are hiring for Content and Video Moderators for our awesome pioneer team!
As a Content or Video Moderator you will be responsible for making sure that videos are scanned and vetted for content before being published. Also, you have to make sure that these videos are in adherence with the community guidelines and meets the Company’s standards of publication.
- Act as an advocate of the brand by ensuring that all video contents are fit for online community consumption that is by reviewing and moderating all video contents. Ensuring that these are free from inappropriate, offensive, harmful content and does not include any illegal items.
- Liaise with the Legal and Community team to help the customer’s platform uphold their trust and safety programs and ultimately provide real time protection for their user-base.
- Collaborate with all the internal stakeholders and implement the moderation strategy
- Create and update the moderation guidelines and track all the banned users
- Good knowledge of Ad policies and Brand integrity
- Implement the online community moderation strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service and support to our community with the help of various communication tools
- Manage the banned user process; track and restrict previously banned users
- Maintain a standard Moderation Guideline and ensure they are up to date
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring video moderation to have a standard, consistent and clear review process.
- Regularly gather insights gained from moderation to improve opportunities in the process and suggest solutions.
- Must have a strong discernment skill to perceive, understand and judge information clearly.

- Knowledge in US politics and news are a plus
- Must have good and oral communications skills
- Must be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
Qualifications:
- Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates with good communications are welcome to apply
