About the Role of Contract Administrator

Be the backbone of property deals—ensuring every contract is airtight, compliant, and perfectly executed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Draft, review, and finalize sales/leasing agreements, amendments, and conjunction deals
  • Cross-check data against source documents to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Track signatures, deadlines, and renewals in the contract database
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation
  • Flag discrepancies and align contracts with company policies + legal standards
  • Propose solutions for disputes or non-compliance issues
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise between sales teams, clients, and vendors to negotiate terms
  • Generate reports on contract status for leadership


Requirements

About You

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
  • 2+ years in contract administration (property/real estate preferred)
  • Proficiency in Netsuite (or similar CRM) + MS Office
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Strong grasp of contract law and legal terminology
  • Ability to manage 50+ contracts simultaneously


Bonus Points for

  • Certification in Contract Management
  • Experience with property conveyancing
