How will you value-add?

• You will be involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, IPOs and other corporate finance work
• You will be expected to independently manage projects including pitches as well as engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partner and Director
• Responsible for deal execution and project management.

About you:

• Degree in Business/Finance related field and/or MBA qualifications
• At least 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
• Proven experience and success in M&A deal execution and project management
• Ability to build & run financial models independently
• Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and manage the working team that typically comprises senior associates and/or associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability. Strong analytical and evaluation skills. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with high level of initiative
