Description

Handles efficient management of the Legal Services. Provides legal expertise, guidance, recommendations in the areas of employment, labor problems, tax, contracts and other matters that would affect the operations of the Company. Ensures legal compliance at all times to manage legal risks and to protect the interest of the Company.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree on Laws or related course
  • Passed the Philippine Bar examinations
  • 5 years legal experience ideally with insurance background
  • Proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel; and
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting
