Description
- As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers by answering calls, responding to emails, and engaging in live chats.
- Your responsibilities include addressing customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch service with a professional and friendly approach.
Requirements
- At least a High School Graduate/SHS Graduate
- 6 months of call center experience (or related customer service role)
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills (English & Filipino – verbal & written)
- Willing to work onsite/hybrid (if applicable)
- Fresh graduates are welcome if no prior experience! (Training provided)
