Customer Service Representative


Salary Range: $865.00 to $1,211.00 per month

As a Customer Service & Claims Intake Specialist, you’ll be the calm, confident voice helping clients navigate the frustrating world of totaled vehicles and insurance claims. If you're empathetic, articulate, and love bringing order to chaos, this role is for you!


What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding totaled vehicles or diminished value claims.
  • Clearly explain the appraisal process, answer detailed questions, and reassure clients with confident, professional communication.
  • Collect and review claim documents (e.g., market valuation reports), and guide customers through the intake form.
  • Log all call and email interactions meticulously into HubSpot and spreadsheets to maintain up-to-date claim histories.
  • Follow up with clients on claim statuses, missing documentation, and outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with team members when claims require further expertise or escalation.
  • Prepare and send templated emails and customer instructions for third-party insurance negotiations.
  • Support the setup and upkeep of organized communication workflows using tools like HubSpot and Google Sheets.

  • Fluent & Clear English: Must speak perfect or near-perfect English with minimal to no accent to build trust with a predominantly frum clientele.
  • Confident Communicator: Able to explain complex processes calmly and clearly, putting anxious customers at ease.
  • Customer-Centric: Naturally empathetic with a warm tone; builds rapport easily and provides patient, personalized service.
  • Fast Learner: Able to grasp industry-specific terms (e.g., gap insurance, appraisal clause) and handle nuanced customer queries independently over time.
  • Organized Multitasker: Can juggle several tasks and tools at once while keeping details accurate and follow-ups on track.
  • Fast Typist: Strong typing skills essential for real-time documentation and call logging in CRM systems.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
