Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Present and explain company services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs to tailor service offerings.
Requirements
- College level
- at least 6 months BPO experience in any international account
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable
