Customer Service Representative

Job Description
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance members.
- Assist with inquiries related to medical benefits, insurance eligibility, claims status, and billing issues.
- Schedule appointments, update patient information, and provide accurate service information.
- Minimum 6 months BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is an advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
