- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and issues using our internal systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements
- College graduate with no BPO experience are welcome
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to work on a Night Shift
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start ASAP
