Qualifications:
Graduate of any Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related courses
At least 2 - 4 years of immersive experience in marketing techniques and principles as well as market research
Knowledge of social media trends and web analytics with a sharp business acumen
Knowledge and experience in content management systems like WordPress and Adobe Software
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Exceptional writing and composition skills in various written formats (narrative, short form, interviews, scriptwriting, etc.)
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Ability to work around new software and processes is an advantage
Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities
Act as the front desk for Specialist admission-related concerns and inquiries
Answer course inquiries and explain the other products and services provided by the institution
Create and encode all inquiries in the Business Development Team's database in a timely manner
Analyze current and past departmental data based on Zoho Analytics and provide prompt analysis
Monitor team activities, and/or projects for the purpose of coordination and proper execution
Monitor online social media platforms and collate inquiries that may require further clarification
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Development Team
CIIT Support
Email blocking and auditing of communications for repeating questions.
Get a way to ask for rating on the FDO responses (Was your question answered? Yes, Partially, No)
Finance/Registrar Support - when parents/students are frustrated because they have not received a response from the department.
Learn and understand the various processes, policies, and communications efforts of CIIT in order to directly answer the concerns received via call and email.
Produce end-of-month reports based on data and experience on the recommendations for the various CIIT departments
Analytics and Process
Find ways to automate the encoding of majority of inquiries in ZOHO to reduce clerical work
Process for Data Analysis
Integrate relevant applications in ZOHO
Check-in regularly with the College President for better understanding of CIIT Business
Train the chatbot
