Digital Content Specialist II

The Digital Content Specialist II is responsible for producing and optimizing high-quality digital content tailored for various platforms and devices. They manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. They collaborate closely with Project Managers and international counterparts to align content with project objectives. With minimal to no supervision, they handle digital content requests and conduct thorough quality checks to meet client expectations and business standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Create product graphics, marketing campaign materials, and other offline graphics,
• Develop HTML designs based on provided PSDs and requirements, incorporating HTML/CSS,
• Localize and edit digital assets including PSDs, GIFs, and banners,
• Import and format copy and graphics into design templates,
• Position artwork and text on proper page layouts,
• Manipulate and modify existing images to meet project requirements,
• Prepare reports for newsletters using the designated Marketing Platform,
• Finalize formatted documents for printing or electronic publication,
• Manage and produce digital design work, ensuring mobile responsiveness and compatibility across various platforms,
• Conduct quality assurance checks on digital content across desktop, mobile environments, and platforms,
• Handle internal design requests related to HR, social media, and Datawords.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field with a focus on graphic design and coding,
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HTML and CSS, with expertise in designing campaign ads,
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Animate,
• Experience in web marketing and web design, with a strong understanding of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, and web design principles,
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite,
• Excellent English communication skills,
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and organize multiple tasks efficiently,
• Positive and deadline-driven attitude with a strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Proven design experience demonstrated through a portfolio,
• Experience with data analytic tools or processes,
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as newsletters and web banners.

Work Set-Up and Working Hours

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
