PPC Specialist (Entry Level)


Salary Range: $692.00 to $865.00 per month

As a PPC Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping advertising strategy, driving profitability, and helping our product listings gain visibility. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and manage PPC campaigns daily across Amazon.com and Amazon.ca, reviewing account performance each morning to identify underperforming SKUs or campaigns that need adjustment.
  • Set up new campaigns for SKUs not currently being advertised and continuously optimize existing ones to maintain healthy ad spend and profitability.
  • Build and refine keyword strategies for each SKU, focusing on profitability, ranking improvement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Use specialized software and Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to track keyword performance, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain structured reports on ad performance, including ACoS and keyword-level metrics.
  • Collaborate with the manager to set advertising goals, evaluate strategies, and implement improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training through courses or provided materials, especially during onboarding.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative, data-driven team focused on boosting e-commerce performance through strategic advertising. Our remote-first culture supports open communication, and you’ll be integrated with on-site staff via Microsoft Teams to ensure strong team connectivity.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Quick to Learn & Resourceful: Able to pick up new advertising tools and concepts quickly, with a track record of working independently and figuring things out without much hand-holding. Must be capable of learning themselves PPC trends from structured training and guided resources.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track performance metrics accurately, manage multiple campaigns, and interpret data for optimization.
  • Excel Proficient: Comfortable using mid-level Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to analyze trends and support campaign decisions.
  • E-commerce Familiarity: Some experience with e-commerce or Amazon Seller Central is preferred but not required.
  • Clear Communicator: Can present insights and suggestions in a straightforward, concise way.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup using tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience: Prior general work experience is required.

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST.
