- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistency.
- Edit and proofread documents for clarity and quality.
- Organize and archive documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist in training staff on documentation standards and tools.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, Help Desk experience, strong data analysis abilities, and excellent written communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and maintain documentation, assist in scheduling, and support data-related tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, time management, analytical mindset, discretion, and attention to detail.
