Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in drilling activities, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Operates drilling equipment for extracting earth materials.
- Conducts site inspections and prepares drilling plans.
- Ensures safety protocols and regulations are followed.
- Maintains and adjusts drilling machinery as needed.
- Collaborates with geological teams for optimal results.
- Collects and analyzes samples during drilling.
- Records data and prepares reports on drilling progress.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in drilling operations preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in rig operation and maintenance; basic understanding of drilling technology.
- Working Conditions: Can include outdoor work in various weather conditions, often on remote sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, reliable, and physically fit.
