簡介
- Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, including products listings, writing products descriptions and after sales service.
- Optimize the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring that it is easy to use, visually appealing, and functions smoothly.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and drive customer engagement.
- Work with the sales team to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic to the company's e-commerce site and increase conversions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services through various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company's e-commerce and marketing strategies.
- Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets.
- Creation of marketing collaterals – including EDMs, POSM, Site Banners, Social Media Content etc.
- Management of social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Support in marketing/trade/retail tasting events with set up and organizationAd-hoc marketing related work/ events
職位要求
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
- ITE Certificate or higher in Business/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT/.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform e-commerce and marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, HTML and basic photography skills.
- Able to use MS Outlook, Office Word, Excel.
- Graphic design background will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Result oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, IT-savvy and meticulous with an eye for details.
- A good team player and able to work independently and manage multiple projects
