Responsibilities

• Ensuring HIPAA
• Perform thorough audits of patient medical records to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and correctly entered into the system.
• Ensure the correct codes are applied and that they match the information documented in the medical records.
• Identifying and correcting errors in medical data Quality
• Clinical knowledge of medical records, labs, procedures, and medical terminology.
• Assist in coding patient diagnoses and procedures using standardized medical codes (ICD,
• Ensuring patient records (e.g., medical histories, lab results, imaging reports, treatment plans) are filed correctly into the app system.
• Verify that data entered matches the source information to avoid errors or discrepancies.
• Encodes and correct words that the Machine Learning predicts.
• Ensuring that all data, including lab results, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans, corectly transfer into the app system.

Job Requirements

Nature of Transaction: Non Voice

• Medical coder License, (CPC/CIC) (Non-negotiable)

• Solid 3 years Coder Experience (CPT&HCPCS)

• Work from home set up

• Years Clinical Experience: 1-2 RN
