  • Manage employee-related issues and grievances.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in resolving employee issues, maintain records, and support HR initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and possess a collaborative mindset.
