To provide efficient and flexible administrative support to Employer Brand Advisory/ Advisory function. To act as the main point of contact for all administrative project support tasks that underpin and enable successful project delivery, as well as successfully carrying out function support activities


Acting as the main point of contact for all transactional tasks from multiple functions, as well as effectively and efficiently carrying out specific tasks relating to individual services lines/functions within AMS Advisory.


What you’ll be doing:

Key internal responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams across EBA/AMS Advisory, accurately processing project ID requests from project teams
  • Support with scheduling and diary alignment for key meetings
  • Develop skeleton decks, documentation and/or presentations ensuring accuracy and organisation
  • Run weekly timesheets reports for tracking against time quoted on projects
  • Professionally respond to all assigned incoming requests via Monday.com within the required SLA response time, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of AMS Advisory processes
  • Performs data analysis on lessons learned, ensuring toolkits/service packs are kept up to date. Responsible for wash up record and case study production is complete.
  • Assists Project Manager with project governance, facilitation and administrative support.
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., updating Operations Manual or other process documentation
  • Completing reports and trackers accurately and to deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including CRMS and Client Delivery teams
  • Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes, including changes providing first line support for managing and resolving escalations

Key Responsibility Team

  • Manage Monday.com to ensure completion of tasks
  • Maintain trackers and records demonstrating respect for the integrity and accuracy of all data
  • Carry out system audits for accuracy of data


You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills
