Description

We’re seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Executive/Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A master multitasker blending traditional EA/PA duties with sales-driven outreach using Apollo and Instantly.


This hybrid role goes beyond scheduling and admin: You’ll keep the executive’s world running smoothly while actively supporting prospecting, lead generation, and email campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with sharp organizational skills, a knack for research, and hands-on experience with modern sales tools.



Executive & Personal Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Draft and manage email correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Se meetings with key personnel with details research/meeting prep provided.

Appointment Setting & Admin

  • Coordinate client calls, discovery meetings, and follow-ups
  • Confirm and prep for meetings, including agendas, background research, and talking points
  • Track action items and assist with follow-through


Sales & Prospecting Support:

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn
  • Conduct light lead qualification and research decision-makers
  • Set up, monitor, and report on outbound campaigns via Instantly
  • Organise CRM data and maintain clean, accurate contact records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
  • Strong understanding of appointment setting and prospect research
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly and Apollo.io (required)
  • High level of tech-savviness—confident with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently, with discretion and initiative


Bonus Points if You:

  • Have B2B sales experience or familiarity with lead generation workflows
  • Understand outbound strategies and campaign testing
  • Are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools


Work Schedule:

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Tentative)
  • Work setup: Permanent WFH
