Requirements

- Formal culinary training is preferred but not required.


Experience Level:

- At least 1-3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role within a reputable establishment.


Skills and Competencies:

- Exceptional ability in kitchen operations management.

- Proficient in cost management and inventory management.

- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a team-oriented environment.

- Proven capability in restaurant management and ensuring excellent customer service.


Responsibilities and Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking.

- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and reviewing performance

.- Develop menu items, recipes, and ensure the quality of meals.

- Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas.

- Control food and labor costs while minimizing waste.


Working Conditions:

- Fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.

- Includes extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
