  • Design and arrange floral displays for various occasions.
  • Select fresh flowers and greenery based on seasonal availability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and consult with clients.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Assist in store merchandising and sales promotions.
  • Handle special requests and custom arrangements efficiently.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Not required
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in flower arranging, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for standing long hours, indoor and outdoor work.
  • Qualities and Traits: aged 45 or younger, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creativity.
