About the Role

This is a high-visibility role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how to build, scale, and operate a startup from the inside. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on everything from investor decks and financial models to market research and go-to-market planning.

You’ll be expected to figure things out fast, write clearly, and move sharp ideas into action.

What You’ll Do

• Build investor materials, financial models, and internal dashboards
• Analyze markets, customers, and competitors — and turn insights into strategy
• Drive special projects across fundraising, ops, and product
• Create clarity from ambiguity — structure fast, then ship
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior team

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for early-career operators with elite potential. You might be:

• A top student from UP, Ateneo, La Salle, or other top universities
• Someone from strategy, finance, or innovation teams — consulting, boutique investment firms, corporate dev, or top MT programs (e.g. Ayala, Globe, Unilever)
• A former case comp winner, student leader, or side hustle builder
• A sharp communicator who thrives under pressure and moves fast
• Hungry to help build something real — not just make slides about it

Must-Haves

• Strong academic or extracurricular track record
• Excellent written communication and English fluency
• Comfortable with numbers, logic, and ambiguity
• Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern productivity tools
• Willing to work hybrid in Rockwell, Makati

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in startup strategy, product, consulting, or finance
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, GPT, or AI platforms
• Exposure to investor decks, financial modeling, or business writing
• Past leadership, freelance work, or self-initiated projects

Compensation

• ₱90K–₱120K base salary
• Meaningful equity — own a piece of what you help build
